Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you must cancel your trip, the following deductions apply to the total package amount based on when we receive your cancellation notice:

• 45 Days or more prior to departure: 40% of the total package amount will be deducted.
• 44 to 31 Days prior to departure: 50% of the total package amount will be deducted.
• 30 to 21 Days prior to departure: 60% of the total package amount will be deducted.
• 20 to 14 Days prior to departure: 75% of the total package amount will be deducted.
• Less than 14 Days prior to departure: 100% of the total package amount will be deducted.
• No-Show: In case of a no-show, no refund will be given.

Note: Refunds on cancellation also depend upon the concerned hotel’s cancellation policy in addition to the agency policy.
